Christmas delivery cut-off dates
To help you plan ahead for the busy season, here are the final dates to order if you need stock before Christmas:

Equipment orders: Order by 12 December 2025

Smalls, consumables & kitchenware: Order by 16 December 2025
Orders placed after these dates are welcome, however we can’t guarantee delivery before the break.
Holiday closure & operating schedule
Our last day for dispatch will be 19 December 2025.
We will have skeleton staff checking emails through the Christmas/New Year period, but dispatch will be limited as most of our warehouse partners and freight networks will be paused or operating at reduced capacity.

If you need gear for summer service, equipment upgrades, backups, spare parts or kitchen essentials — ordering early is the best way to avoid delays.
