The G-9 22cm Bread Knife features a serrated blade that effortlessly slices through crusty loaves, bread rolls and tough skin such as pork crackling. This knife is made from high grade stainless steel with a razor-sharp edge which resists rust, stains and corrosion.

ABOUT GLOBAL KNIVES

We absolutely love Global knives. They were first designed in 1985 by the creative visionary, Komin Yamada. When he was commissioned for this task, his mandate was to develop a range of knives that was truly new and revolutionary. He also cut no corners, using only the best materials available and the latest manufacturing techniques.
