Bakbar Countertop Single Tank Electric Fryer – EC61 is designed to deliver dependable commercial frying performance in a compact countertop footprint. Ideal for cafés, food trucks, takeaway outlets, kiosks and smaller commercial kitchens, it offers an excellent balance of performance, simplicity and affordability.

The 8-litre fry tank is powered by a 2.4kW heating element, providing reliable heat-up and temperature recovery for cooking chips, seafood, chicken and other fried menu items. Operating from a standard 10A outlet, the EC61 is particularly well suited to businesses that require commercial frying performance without the need for higher-powered electrical circuits.

Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, the fryer is built to withstand the demands of commercial foodservice environments. The tank and heating element lift out easily, providing unobstructed access for cleaning and helping reduce maintenance time. A removable fish plate and integrated basket hanger further improve usability during operation.
