Blue Seal Evolution Series E43 Single Pan Electric Fryer – 450 mm is engineered for commercial kitchens that require dependable performance and high frying output. Featuring a single large-capacity pan and powerful electric heating system, the E43 delivers consistent frying results while maintaining excellent recovery times during peak service.

The fryer provides a generous 27 L oil capacity and is powered by three stainless-steel heating elements delivering a combined 17 kW output. A mechanical thermostat with a temperature range of 60–200 °C allows precise control, while integrated safety features protect against overheating and element lift.

Designed with usability and hygiene in mind, the E43 features an open stainless-steel pan and a large 32 mm drain valve for efficient oil drainage and easy cleaning. Hinged, counterbalanced heating elements provide clear access to the pan, and the stainless-steel exterior ensures durability in demanding hospitality environments.
