Blue Seal Evolution Series E44 Twin Pan Electric Fryer – 450 mm is engineered for commercial kitchens that demand performance, flexibility and reliability. With two independent frying pans and a total heating capacity of 17 kW, it allows operators to fry different products at the same time while maintaining excellent temperature recovery.

Each pan holds 12 L of oil and is fitted with three stainless-steel heating elements, delivering consistent heat distribution and efficient frying performance. Mechanical thermostats with a temperature range of 60–200 °C provide accurate control, while integrated safety cut-outs protect against overheating during operation.

The fryer features open stainless-steel pans and large 25 mm drain valves for quick and effective oil drainage. Hinged, counterbalanced heating elements allow easy access for cleaning, and the stainless-steel exterior is designed to withstand daily use in busy hospitality environments. Supplied with baskets and a stainless-steel lid as standard, the E44 is a practical and durable frying solution for professional kitchens.
