Blue Seal Evolution Series EP516 900 mm Electric Griddle – Leg Stand is engineered for commercial kitchens that require consistent heat, durability and high production capacity. The 20 mm thick machined steel griddle plate delivers excellent heat retention and even cooking performance across the full surface.

The griddle features two independently controlled heat zones, each regulated by thermostats adjustable from 50–300 °C. With a total heating output of 12 kW, the EP516 provides rapid heat-up and strong recovery during busy service periods. Indicator lights and over-temperature safety cut-outs enhance operational safety.

Constructed with a welded stainless-steel hob, sealed plate edges and a large grease channel, the unit is designed for easy cleaning and long-term reliability. Supplied on a heavy-duty leg stand with rear rollers and a framed shelf, the EP516 is fully modular and suited to professional hospitality environments.
