The induction system is available in either a 3.5 kW or 5.0 kW configuration, allowing kitchens to select the output that best suits their electrical supply and cooking demands. Automatic pan detection improves safety and efficiency by instantly switching the unit off when the wok is removed, while variable power control provides precise adjustment throughout service.
