Blue Seal Evolution Series 900 mm Full Area Induction Cooktop – Leg Stand is engineered for high-performance commercial kitchens that demand speed, control and reliability. Featuring four full-area induction zones, the cooktop delivers powerful and consistent heat across the entire cooking surface, making it suitable for a wide range of cookware sizes and applications.

Each induction zone provides 5 kW of heating power, with automatic pan detection that instantly switches the zone off when cookware is removed. This enhances both safety and energy efficiency during service. Infinitely variable control knobs allow chefs to fine-tune heat levels with precision, supporting everything from gentle simmering to high-output cooking.

The cooktop is constructed with a welded stainless-steel hob and a 6 mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning in busy kitchen environments.
