The CookTek Helios Touch dual countertop range combines two induction zones in front-to-back or side-by-side layouts with 2.5 or 3.5 kW available per hob.

Key Features

  • High-impact Schott Ceran glass-ceramic cooking surface
  • Automatic pan detection transfers energy only when compatible cookware is present
  • Temperature control from approximately 29°C to 218°C on current Helios models
  • Integral diagnostics monitor operating and power-supply conditions
  • Induction avoids an exposed flame and reduces wasted heat around the station
  • Current Helios warranty: 24 months parts and 12 months labour

Why Choose This Product

Choose front-to-back when bench frontage is scarce; choose side-by-side when equal access to both pans is more important. The power variants then let the electrical design and recovery requirement determine output.

Simply Hospitality Notes

The best layout follows the operator’s movement. Front-to-back saves frontage but places one pan further away; side-by-side needs more bench width but gives both zones equal access.

Product Guide

Select layout first, then power. Two 3.5 kW hobs create a materially larger electrical load than a single cooker, so verify the supply and diversity assumptions before ordering.

Brand Guide

About CookTek: CookTek specialises in commercial induction technology for cooking, hot holding and heated food delivery. Its systems use automatic pan or load detection to apply energy only when compatible equipment is present, supporting responsive control, cooler surrounding surfaces and repeatable operation without an open flame. The range extends from Helios countertop and drop-in cooktops to concealed Incogneeto holding systems and induction-charged delivery bags. Correct specification depends on the electrical supply, control style, mounting format, cookware compatibility and the complete operating system—not simply the nominal wattage.

Product Details

All variants use independent Helios Touch controls, Schott Ceran glass and automatic pan detection. Front-to-back units are 343 mm wide; side-by-side models spread the zones across a 692 mm-wide frontage.

Installation and Operation

Confirm the exact voltage, amperage and phase before ordering. Induction requires magnetic cookware with a flat, appropriately sized base. Drop-in models also require the stated cut-out, ventilation and access to the remote control or service components.
