Match the size to the cut-out and available electrical supply, then choose the glass configuration according to assisted or self-service access. Food should be held in suitable serviceware; do not assume every vessel is appropriate for direct contact with the ceramic surface.

Choose size from usable display frontage and the number of dishes that must remain comfortably separated. Gantry Only - No Glass gives the most open presentation, Flat Top adds a conventional sneeze-guard profile, and Full Square Glass provides greater enclosure. All three formats use the same cabinet footprint for a given size, but electrical demand rises significantly with length.
