The York fan-forced heated display is a full-height serve-over range that combines generous display area with comfortable staff-to-customer interaction, configured for multi-level hot holding with controlled airflow and strong product visibility.

Key Features

  • GlassMax minimalist canopy with a robust flush-welded Mitrex frame.
  • Full glass top for clear top-down viewing.
  • Swivel and lockable castors for movement and service access.
  • Thermostatic control from approximately 30–95°C.
  • Fan-forced airflow for even heat distribution.
  • Rapid-response element for tighter temperature recovery.
  • Height-adjustable wire shelves for horizontal or tilted display.
  • Rear sliding doors removable for cleaning.

Why Choose This Product

Choose York when you need more capacity than a low serve-over cabinet without creating the visual barrier of a Tower. Its 1400mm profile makes it a versatile main cabinet for cafés, bakeries and food-to-go counters where presentation and customer conversation both matter. Its enclosed multi-level layout uses vertical space far more effectively than a Hot Deck, making it the stronger choice for pies and packaged hot food with frequent replenishment.

Simply Hospitality Notes

Our advice: Load food at the correct holding temperature and verify it with an independent probe during service. Leave airflow paths clear, avoid overfilling the shelf edges and use the lowest set point that safely protects the product without drying it out. Larger models may require a 20A connection.

Product Guide

Choose range height from the required shelf count and customer sightline, then select length from peak facings and replenishment frequency. Tower maximises vertical capacity, Baker organises self-service, York balances capacity with interaction, Regent is lower, Lincoln is curved frameless, and Devon or Cornwall sit on a counter. York is the 1400mm middle ground between the low Regent and the very tall Tower, making it the most versatile full-height serve-over format.

Brand Guide

About Festive: Festive specialises in high-performance commercial food display cabinets designed to minimise frame and maximise glass so the food remains the visual focus. The cabinets are manufactured in New Zealand, with standard families covering countertop, floor-standing, self-service and joinery-integrated applications. Festive also supports project-specific dimensions, finishes, glazing and joinery, making correct early specification as important as the cabinet model itself.

Product Details

York is designed as a distinct part of the Festive display family: a full-height serve-over range that combines generous display area with comfortable staff-to-customer interaction. The selected fan-forced heated display determines the correct service style, environmental requirements and installation planning.
