Our advice: Do not use an ambient cabinet for food that relies on hot or cold holding for safety. Plan shelf pitch around the tallest packaged item and leave the top vents clear; strong lighting and tidy ticketing will do more for sales than simply filling every shelf.

Choose the cabinet length from the peak display quantity and the number of facings required. Use tilted shelves for individually wrapped food and horizontal shelves for cakes, trays or unstable packs. Compare the range height and glass profile first, then confirm the available display area in the specification sheet. Regent keeps the cabinet at 1095mm for strong top-down viewing and conversation, trading some vertical capacity for a more open service counter.
