Our advice: Load food at the correct holding temperature and verify it with an independent probe during service. Leave airflow paths clear, avoid overfilling the shelf edges and use the lowest set point that safely protects the product without drying it out. Larger models may require a 20A connection.

Choose range height from the required shelf count and customer sightline, then select length from peak facings and replenishment frequency. Tower maximises vertical capacity, Baker organises self-service, York balances capacity with interaction, Regent is lower, Lincoln is curved frameless, and Devon or Cornwall sit on a counter. Regent keeps the cabinet at 1095mm for strong top-down viewing and conversation, trading some vertical capacity for a more open service counter.
