Festive Somerset RW Air Curtain Chill Well (with Planar Canopy)

Our advice: These wells rely on stable room conditions and an undisturbed air blanket. The published guidance assumes 3–5°C operation in rooms up to 22°C with no air movement across an open canopy. Plan drainage, condenser ventilation, pan depth and canopy before the joinery is released.

Select the length by GN capacity: the 1155, 1480, 1805 and 2130mm models correspond to three, four, five and six 1/1 GN positions. Pans are not supplied. Use the RW version for elevated presentation; use the standard well where conventional 65mm-deep pan seating is preferred. Somerset is specified as a servery system rather than a standalone cabinet; well function, pan layout, canopy, drainage, condenser and joinery must be resolved together.
