Simply Hospitality note: Cooktop compatibility is oven safe to 230°C; lid only. For the longest non-stick life, use low-to-medium heat, preheat briefly rather than leaving the pan empty, match the burner to the base, and avoid thermal shock. Although some Flonal coatings are described as metal-tool resistant, silicone, wood or nylon remains the safer everyday choice. This is domestic cookware; a heavily worked restaurant line may be better served by duty-rated commercial aluminium, stainless steel or carbon steel.

Measure the pan at the inside top rim and match one of the lid's stated diameters. The stepped silicone edge is intended to seat across three sizes, but handle shape, pouring lips and unusually flared rims can affect fit. The clear glass retains visibility, while the 230°C silicone rating makes the lid useful for covered oven finishing as well as stovetop cooking.
