The Friginox MX45AT7R is a reach-in blast chiller / freezer accepting 10 x 1/1 gn trays for controlled small- to medium-batch cooling. It combines 45kg chill / 20kg freeze processing capacity with TS7 touchscreen cycle control in a self-contained air-cooled cabinet.

The MX45 uses the same ten-tray footprint as the MX30 but is designed for heavier 45kg chill loads. It is the better choice when trays are routinely loaded with dense proteins, sauces or prepared meals and the smaller compressor package would become the production bottleneck.

Select from the heaviest product batch rather than tray count alone. Dense food, deep containers and tightly loaded pans cool more slowly. Plan the electrical supply, waste connection, ventilation clearance and door handing before delivery, then validate core temperatures in the actual production programme.
