The Friginox MX55AT7R is a reach-in blast chiller / freezer accepting 15 x 1/1 gn trays for controlled small- to medium-batch cooling. It combines 55kg chill / 20kg freeze processing capacity with TS7 touchscreen cycle control in a self-contained air-cooled cabinet.
