The Friginox MX75AT7R is a reach-in blast chiller / freezer accepting 15 x 1/1gn trays for controlled small- to medium-batch cooling. It combines 75kg chill / 35kg freeze processing capacity with TS7 touchscreen cycle control in a self-contained air-cooled cabinet.

Select from the heaviest product batch rather than tray count alone. Dense food, deep containers and tightly loaded pans cool more slowly. Plan the electrical supply, waste connection, ventilation clearance and door handing before delivery, then validate core temperatures in the actual production programme.
