SKU SH-3000

The Frucosol SH-3000 is a compact benchtop machine that automatically dries and polishes approximately 3,000-3,500 pieces of cutlery per hour after washing. Heated airflow, vegetable granulate and a standard UV lamp create a repeatable finishing process for stainless-steel and silver cutlery while reducing hand polishing.

  • Production of approximately 3,000-3,500 pieces per hour
  • Benchtop format with folding infeed and outfeed arms
  • Heated-air fan at the product outlet
  • UV lamp included as standard
  • Vegetable-granulate drying and polishing process
  • Suitable for stainless-steel and silver cutlery

Why Choose This Product

Choose the SH-3000 when hand polishing is consuming labour but a floorstanding 7,000-8,000-piece machine would be excessive. It brings the same UV-treated granulate and heated finishing principle into a benchtop footprint, with an optional mobile trolley if the workstation needs flexibility.

Simply Hospitality Notes

This is a serious labour-saving machine despite the benchtop format. Check the 940mm working depth with arms open and where polished cutlery will land. The UV lamp is standard, but it treats the process medium; normal warewashing and food-safety procedures still remain essential.

Product Guide

Choose SH-3000 for benchtop installation and approximately 3,000-3,500 pieces per hour. Choose SH-7000 for a mobile floorstanding system, venues from roughly 150 diners and published output of 7,000-8,000 pieces per hour. Compare peak cutlery returns, not total daily covers alone.

Brand Guide

About Frucosol: Frucosol develops specialist equipment for professional foodservice operations, with ranges covering fresh-juice production, glass and cutlery finishing, rapid glass frosting and intensive kitchen-equipment cleaning. The brand's value lies in solving labour-heavy service tasks with focused machines rather than multipurpose compromises. Choosing the right Frucosol model means matching throughput, available space, operator involvement, consumables and cleaning routines to the way the venue actually works.

Operational Fit

Install it after the dishwasher so clean, wet cutlery can enter the granulate process without manual towel drying. The folding arms reduce stored depth, but the full 940mm operating depth and clean collection area must be allowed for during service.
