SKU SV-2000

The Frucosol SV-2000 is a high-output commercial glass polisher rated at approximately 480-720 pieces per hour. Heated air and flexible natural-fibre brushes dry and finish varied glass shapes quickly, giving busy bars, hotels and function operations substantially more recovery capacity than the SV-1000.

  • Production of approximately 480-720 pieces per hour
  • Heated-air drying
  • Flexible, absorbent natural-fibre brushes
  • Greater working capacity for busy glasswash areas
  • Suitable for varied glasses and cups
  • Stainless-steel construction

Why Choose This Product

Choose the SV-2000 when glassware returns in waves and the smaller polisher would become the bottleneck. It roughly doubles the published hourly output of the SV-1000, making the higher connected load and wider footprint worthwhile for banqueting, hotels and high-volume beverage service.

Simply Hospitality Notes

The SV-2000 earns its place when racks arrive in surges and glass availability affects sales or table resets. It is not automatically better for a small bar: the SV-1000 uses less space and power. Choose this model only when the extra 480-720-piece-per-hour capacity can be used.

Product Guide

SV-2000 is the higher-output choice at 480-720 pieces per hour, compared with 240-360 for SV-1000. Assess the glasswasher's rack throughput, peak return pattern, available bench width and electrical supply rather than comparing annual volume alone.

Brand Guide

About Frucosol: Frucosol develops specialist equipment for professional foodservice operations, with ranges covering fresh-juice production, glass and cutlery finishing, rapid glass frosting and intensive kitchen-equipment cleaning. The brand's value lies in solving labour-heavy service tasks with focused machines rather than multipurpose compromises. Choosing the right Frucosol model means matching throughput, available space, operator involvement, consumables and cleaning routines to the way the venue actually works.

Operational Fit

This model is designed for a dedicated clean-side finishing station where racks of washed glassware need to return to service quickly. It is most effective when the dishwasher, drainage time, operator position and polished-glass landing area are arranged as one continuous flow.
