Choose this length for very deep production vessels or to replace a damaged 533mm assembly. A shorter shaft is easier to control, so buy the 533mm version only when the vessel depth or 121-158L workload genuinely requires it.

The shaft length should put the blade guard well below the product surface without bringing the motor housing close to the food. For smaller pots, the 355mm or 406mm shaft will reduce leverage and fatigue.
