Mactrap Grease Boss EasyClean G15 Grease Removal Unit MTGB15 is a compact electromechanical solution for removing fats, oils and grease (FOG) from commercial kitchen wastewater. Designed for underbench installation, it combines automatic grease removal with self-cleaning and pump-out functions to help reduce maintenance requirements.

Greasy water first passes through a removable filter basket that captures solid material. Fats, oils and grease are then periodically extracted from the wastewater, with hot water jets directing the FOG towards the roller before it is removed into a disposable container for convenient disposal.

Following grease extraction, the tank is partially drained to help remove residual solids. Integrated hot water jets clean the sides of the tank as well as the roller, blade and FOG chute, helping keep the appliance cleaner and operating efficiently with minimal ongoing maintenance.

The compact G15 is particularly well suited to commercial kitchens where available space is limited. The Grease Boss EasyClean range has been independently tested for compliance with NZBC G13 and is accepted for installation by Local Government Authorities throughout New Zealand.
