The Mactrap Grease Boss EasyClean G35 is an electromechanical grease removal unit designed for underbench use in commercial kitchens. Wastewater passes through a removable front filter basket before fat, oil and grease (FOG) rises to the surface. A rotating roller collects the FOG, a wiper transfers it to an external disposable container, and programmed hot-water and pump-out cycles help limit internal grease and sediment build-up.

Installation Requirements

Daily Care and Servicing

Kitchen practice directly affects performance. Scrape plates, pots, cutting boards, flour and sauces into the rubbish or compost before washing; never pour fryer oil or solids into the unit. The filter basket should be checked and cleaned daily, the external FOG container emptied as required and the wiper area kept clear. Do not use caustic degreasers through the Grease Boss.
