The Cook Expert pairs precise induction heat with a double-walled 18/10 stainless-steel thermo bowl and a universal blade for cooking tasks. Separate transparent processor bowls provide the cutting workflow of an XL Magimix food processor, so slicing and grating do not have to happen in the hot cooking bowl. Manual Expert control sits alongside automatic programmes, allowing the user to set time, speed and temperature for personal recipes.

How It Works

Use the thermo bowl for soups, sauces, risotto, stews, searing, simmering, melting, whisking and dough; add the internal two-level steamer for vegetables, fish or dumplings; and fit the transparent bowls when you need the Sabatier blade or 2mm/4mm slicing and grating discs. Simmer & Stir periodically moves food during longer cooking, while the insulated bowl can hold a finished dish warm for up to two hours.

Use and Care

Choose the correct bowl and tool for the job, respect working capacities and use the lid and cap positions specified for each programme. Hot steam and the thermo bowl require oven-glove care.
