Use this only where the shallower depth solves a genuine space constraint; wash-up capacity still depends on adequate dirty and clean landing areas.

Choose the 600 mm-depth format when the machine and room cannot accommodate standard 700 mm tabling. It provides a proper stainless transition without forcing a deeper bench into the aisle. Confirm machine interface, handedness, rack travel and splash control. A 600 mm bench must still give the operator enough landing space for the actual rack volume.
