The outlet side is clean infrastructure. Do not undersize it so badly that clean racks must be placed on floors, dirty benches or trolleys in the aisle.

Choose the outlet bench to protect clean-side flow and give racks a stable landing position after the wash cycle. Correct handedness prevents clean ware from crossing back through the dirty loading area. Handedness is viewed from the operator or drawing orientation specified by the manufacturer; confirm against the machine layout. Allow adequate clean-rack accumulation for peak periods.
