Gas-fired refractory deck system
The P110G uses a special double refractory deck with a cavity through the centre. Heat generated by the burner is distributed through this refractory system, then rises through the sides of the chamber to bake the top of the product before exhausting through the chimney. The result is a gas deck oven that can deliver strong floor heat, controlled chamber temperature and stable recovery during service.
