Gas baking technology
The P150G uses a double refractory deck with heat distributed from the burner through the baking floor and around the chamber. This construction helps deliver the strong bottom heat needed for pizza while allowing the top of the product to bake evenly as heat moves through the chamber before exhausting through the chimney.
