The Nemox Gelato Chef 3L Automatic i-Green is a compact, professional-quality gelato machine designed for small businesses, restaurants, and passionate gelato lovers at home. Built with a stainless-steel body and equipped with both a fixed and removable bowl, this machine allows production of up to 850g of gelato every 25–30 minutes, or 1.7kg per hour.

Featuring Nemox’s eco-friendly i-Green technology, the unit uses R290 natural refrigerant gas to reduce greenhouse emissions by 99.95%, while delivering efficient performance and reduced energy consumption. The intelligent electronic density control ensures perfect consistency every time, with the option of manual or automatic operation. A storage mode keeps gelato at serving consistency for up to 8 hours.
