By combining refrigeration, humidity and heat control in one cabinet, the RP1RS allows bakers to retard, store and prove dough in a single workflow.
The cabinet features full stainless steel construction for durability and hygiene in busy bakery environments. An easy-to-use electronic control panel allows operators to set temperature and humidity levels accurately, helping deliver consistent baking results across every batch.
