Designed for High-Variety Preparation
The GD877-A provides eight 1/3 GN positions across an 1800mm refrigerated rail, giving cooks a broad working selection without repeatedly returning to an undercounter refrigerator. It is particularly effective at pizza, salad, sandwich, poke and finishing stations where fast ingredient access and an orderly workflow directly influence service speed.
Display, Protection and Workflow
The supplied top, rear and side glass panels form a clear sneeze guard around the ingredient line. This protects exposed food during service while keeping the full selection visible to staff and, where the counter faces customers, presentable from the service side. A supplied GN spacer bar helps close gaps between containers so chilled air is used effectively.
Operation and Routine Care
The digital controller shows the cabinet temperature and allows the operating setpoint to be adjusted. A manual defrost cycle is available from the control panel. For reliable performance, the GN bays should remain filled or covered, hot food should not be loaded directly into the unit, and the removable condenser filter should be vacuum-cleaned monthly. The appliance is intended for short-term service holding rather than long-term food storage.

Installation Considerations
Install the unit indoors on a level, stable bench and keep it away from heat sources. Maintain at least 25mm clearance from walls and other objects around the sides and rear, with at least 200mm above the unit. If it has not been transported upright, allow it to stand upright for approximately 12 hours before switching it on. The unit is not approved for use in vans, trailers, food trucks or comparable mobile environments.
