High-Volume Cutlery Finishing

The SAS-6001 automates the repetitive work of drying and polishing large quantities of washed cutlery. A rounded circulation system moves pieces smoothly through heated polishing granulate, while the outlet fan helps clear remaining granulate before discharge.

Motor Brake And Operator Control

The integrated motor brake reduces stopping time and vibration, which is particularly useful in a machine expected to work through heavy daily volumes. Visible and audible indicators report machine readiness, heating status, polishing-granulate replacement, UVC-lamp replacement and temperature-probe faults. An automatic post-use drying cycle helps preserve the granulate between sessions.

Hygienic, Durable Construction
