Choose the EE120R when 4+4 x 1/1 GN of one temperature regime must travel together and a single cabinet is not large enough. The side-by-side format gives one towable footprint and shared handling points, while two doors reduce the temperature loss caused by exposing the entire load at once.

Do not select this model on tray count alone. Confirm the 525 x 710 x 1310mm footprint, loaded weight, doorway and lift clearances, GN pan depth, food temperature on loading and realistic journey or staging time. Check the working height of the upper compartment.
