The TurboChef High h range turns a programmed cook profile into a continuous production line. Independent top and bottom impingement, adjustable belt speed and model-certified ventless technology deliver repeatable output without opening a batch oven for every order. Choose from 400, 505 or 660 mm chamber widths, with split-belt options on the larger models.

Key Features

  • Continuous high-speed conveyor production
  • Independent top and bottom impingement airflow
  • 7-inch touchscreen recipe control
  • Software-selectable left-to-right or right-to-left belt travel
  • Integral catalytic converter
  • Single- and split-belt configurations
  • Stackable up to three ovens high

Why Choose This Product

Choose High h when consistency and throughput matter more than batch flexibility. Once belt speed and airflow are validated, every item receives the same dwell time and heat profile. Split-belt models add a second production lane, allowing two dwell times to run through one footprint.

Simply Hospitality Notes

Start with required pieces per hour and product width—not simply the biggest belt. A correctly sized conveyor gives predictable output; an oversized one adds electrical load and bench depth without fixing poor loading discipline. Split belts are valuable only when the operation truly needs two simultaneous dwell times.

Product Guide

Choose 1618 for a 400 mm chamber and lower 20A load, 2020 for a 505 mm opening, or 2620 for the widest 660 mm production path. Select split belt when two products need different travel times through the oven; select single belt for maximum uninterrupted width.

Brand Guide

About TurboChef: TurboChef develops specialist high-speed commercial ovens for operations where service time, consistency and throughput matter. Its rapid-cook models combine controlled impingement airflow with microwave energy, while the High h range turns a validated recipe into a continuous conveyor process. The best model is selected around the actual food format, chamber or belt capacity, peak-order pattern and available electrical supply. Ventless capability is model-specific and still requires confirmation against the menu, site conditions and local approval requirements.

Continuous, Repeatable Production

High h conveyor ovens move product through independently controlled top and bottom impingement zones at a programmed belt speed. This removes much of the timing judgement from service and is ideal for pizza, toasted products, proteins, bakery lines and other items that benefit from a repeatable continuous process.

Choosing the Correct Width

The 1618 has a 400 mm chamber opening and lower 7.4 kW electrical load. The 2020 expands the opening to 505 mm, while the 2620 provides a 660 mm opening for larger products or more pieces across the belt. The 2020 and 2620 are also available with split belts so two product streams can run different dwell times. All listed ovens include two 150 mm conveyor extensions.

Workflow and Installation

Confirm the largest product, pieces required across the belt and peak units per hour before selecting width. Belt direction can be changed through software, supporting different line layouts, and ovens can be stacked up to three high where electrical capacity and service access permit. Confirm 3-phase supply, local ventless approval, clearances and make-up-air conditions before installation.
