The GR Series is Valoriani’s modular professional oven range. It is designed for commercial operators who need serious wood fired performance but cannot easily install a fully assembled oven. The modular format makes it suitable for new builds, fitouts, restricted-access sites and projects where the oven will be finished into a custom base, wall or open kitchen feature.

Is this the right oven for your business?

Choose GR when you want a serious commercial Valoriani oven and are happy to build the final finish around it. Choose OT or Igloo when a pre-assembled, more complete external finish is preferred. Choose Rotating for the highest consistency and easier management in a high-output pizzeria.
