The GR Series is Valoriani’s modular professional oven range. It is designed for commercial operators who need serious wood fired performance but cannot easily install a fully assembled oven. The modular format makes it suitable for new builds, fitouts, restricted-access sites and projects where the oven will be finished into a custom base, wall or open kitchen feature.

Cooking performance
The GR Series is built around commercial heat retention and sustained service. The refractory cooking floor and dome are designed to hold high temperatures, recover between loads and support back-to-back pizza production when the oven is correctly fired and managed.

Installation requirements

- Gas assistance may be available on selected models and should be confirmed at quoting stage.
- Allow adequate front working space for loading, turning and unloading pizzas during service.
