Choose BMB8450E when 1/1 GN food needs gentle, consistent wet-heat holding directly in the Waldorf line. Integrated water fill and dry-pan protection remove common friction, but it is not a rethermaliser: food should enter hot and turn over within the venue's safety and quality limits. The Bold version adds a coordinated enamel frontage where the cookline is visible. Its vitreous-enamel frontage gives a visible cookline a more deliberate architectural finish. Specify the finish across adjoining Bold modules as one design decision.
