If utensil loads dominate or soil is routinely baked-on, compare UF; if dishes dominate with only occasional pots and containers, PT Utensil can consolidate the wash line effectively. Check that the largest utensil fits the selected rack and hood opening.

Both remain compromises only if the utensil volume is so high that a dedicated UF washer would be more productive.

Installation & Operating Considerations
