Select Excellence-i for finish quality and polishing reduction, not just because it is the highest UC specification. Confirm local water analysis, pre-filter service access, concentrate drainage and the glass-rack system. Operational Fit

UC-S Excellence-i packages reverse osmosis into the compact 400mm platform and accepts either 400 x 400mm or 14 x 17 inch glass racks. UC-M Excellence-i uses a 500mm rack for greater bar or bistro capacity. Both need cold incoming water, the supplied pre-filter and a planned route for concentrate wastewater.

Matched Racks, Water Treatment & Chemicals

  • Use the supplied glass rack and insert; select additional 400mm or 500mm racks according to the exact S or M model.
  • Integrated reverse osmosis replaces the need for a separate AT-S in the normal single-machine installation, but the supplied pre-filter must be maintained.
  • F420e and B200S are the glass-led pairing; dosing and pre-filtration should be commissioned around local water and the actual glass range.

Installation & Operating Considerations

  • Confirm the exact electrical build, water pressure, inlet temperature, drainage and backflow requirements on the final specification sheet and supplier quotation.
  • Allow service access, door or hood movement and a safe dirty-to-clean workflow; external dimensions alone do not define a workable wash area.
  • Commission chemicals, water treatment and programs to the local water and actual ware. Published outputs are theoretical and depend on loading and site services.
