A compact undercounter utensil washer for sites that need genuine high-pressure cleaning of trays, GN containers and production tools without the footprint of a full-size pot washer.

  • Compact undercounter utensil-washing format
  • Reversing top and bottom wash arms
  • Short, standard and intensive programs
  • Colour-coded one-button control
  • Quadruple wash-water filtration
  • Integrated detergent, rinse-aid, drain and rinse-booster pumps

Why Choose This Product

Choose the GS 630 when ordinary dishwashers are too light for production utensils but floor space rules out a larger UF machine. Its wide 650mm rack, reversing wash arms and intensive cycle give bakeries, butcheries and compact production kitchens a purpose-built step up without redesigning the whole wash area.

Simply Hospitality Notes

Check the largest item against both the 650 x 508mm rack and the 400mm clear entry—not just the external cabinet size. This is a three-phase machine, so confirm power, drainage and chemical storage before quoting. If heavy utensil loads arrive continuously, compare the UF-M rather than selecting the GS 630 purely on footprint.

Product Guide

Choose the GS 630 for compact sites washing production utensils, GN containers and trays in moderate batches. Move to UF-M for sustained heavy soil and taller ware; choose UF-L for the same rack width with an 800mm opening, or UF-XL for very wide utensils and substantially greater rack area.

Brand Guide

About Winterhalter: Winterhalter specialises in professional warewashing as a complete system: the machine, water treatment, chemicals and rack are selected to work together. Its UC undercounter, PT pass-through and UF utensil platforms are engineered for dependable wash quality, hygiene control and operating efficiency, with features such as VarioPower pressure adjustment, multi-stage filtration, connected monitoring and heat recovery applied according to the workload.

Operational Fit

The GS 630 sits between a conventional undercounter dishwasher and a full UF utensil washer. It is best for smaller quantities of bakery sheets, GN containers, filters, trays and robust utensils, while the UF-M/L/XL range is the better choice for continuous heavy production loads or substantially larger items.

  • Quadruple wash-water filtration
  • Integrated detergent, rinse-aid, drain and rinse-booster pumps

Matched Racks, Water Treatment & Chemicals

  • Use the supplied 650 x 508mm stainless rack; compare specialist tray or utensil inserts against the exact item dimensions.
  • Specify a MonoMatik 3 or other treatment where hardness control is required; reverse osmosis is normally selected for presentation finish rather than pot-wash soil.
  • Select detergent around soil and material: F6200 for heavy starch/grease on compatible ware; avoid aggressive chemistry on aluminium or light alloys.

Installation & Operating Considerations

  • Confirm the exact electrical build, water pressure, inlet temperature, drainage and backflow requirements on the final specification sheet and supplier quotation.
  • Allow service access, door or hood movement and a safe dirty-to-clean workflow; external dimensions alone do not define a workable wash area.
  • Commission chemicals, water treatment and programs to the local water and actual ware. Published outputs are theoretical and depend on loading and site services.
