Product Benefits

The UF Series utensil washer provides powerful cleaning for even the most stubborn soiling, including proteins, starch, and grease. It features a high-performance washing system with a soaking program, ensuring excellent wash results and certified hygiene safety.

Designed for extreme reliability, it includes robust materials, intuitive controls like a touch screen and quick-start button, and ergonomic features such as a fold-back door and rack dolly for easy operation and transport of utensils.

Connected Wash

CONNECTED WASH allows the UF Series to be integrated into a network for monitoring and data analysis, enhancing efficiency and providing remote access to machine status. Automatic updates and notifications in case of critical errors further enhance operational reliability.

Heat Recovery

Optional integrated Energy heat recovery captures energy from hot steam to pre-heat cold inlet water, reducing energy consumption and operating costs, while minimizing steam release when the machine door is opened.

Cold Water Pre-Wash

An optional cold water pre-wash prevents proteins and starch from baking onto utensils, ensuring hygienic results without extensive manual pre-washing.

High-Performance Washing System

Equipped with a stainless steel washing system, the UF Series uses adjustable wash pressure and a special wash arm design to deliver optimal cleaning power and hygiene for all utensil types.
