The Turbofan E27D3 is a compact, full-size digital convection oven engineered for performance and reliability in busy commercial kitchens. Featuring electronic controls, bi-directional fan airflow, and steam injection, it’s ideal for baking, roasting, and reheating. The unit can be bench-mounted or paired with the SK2731 stainless steel stand. For higher output, the model is also available in a double-stacked configuration.

Double-stacked configuration (E27D3/2)
The E27D3/2 features two independent ovens mounted on a full stainless-steel base stand with adjustable feet or castors. Each oven operates independently, providing flexible high-volume cooking performance in a compact footprint.
